Rohn Sherd always knew he wanted to be a builder “when he grew up”. With a growing desire and knowledge, he never questioned starting his own home-building business nearly a decade ago. He now leads a team that shares his work ethic, craftsmanship, and home building expertise. Rohn’s personal goal is to make sure each customer has the highest level of confidence in him and his team to get the job well done. Rohn lives in Hamilton, Michigan with his wife Katie, daughter, and three sons. When not working, Rohn’s favorite pastimes are cheering on local school sports teams, and hunting with his kids. He has a deep desire to build a legacy in his family and company, and works hard to be a leader for his team and finish work that they can take pride in.

What Is the Building Process?
Design Phase
This is a crucial phase where we gather all the thoughts, ideas, pictures, and possibilities, and then collaborate and create a plan for your dream house. If necessary, we begin working with you to select the perfect lot for your custom home, or we review your current space to be remodeled.
Pricing Phase
Once we have established a plan, we distribute the planned design to subcontractors and narrow down a price for you. At this point, if revisions are necessary, we work with you to make sure your project will be exactly what you want while working within your budget.
Presentation Phase
Knowing all the details of the project, including the cost, we set a timeframe for completion. We communicate what the entire process will look like, including ideal schedules, responsibilities, and expectations.
Building and Implementation Phase
Everyone agrees to the plan and signs a contract. We break ground and build!
